5. Case documents and server storage
User workspaces may contain documents, evidence, screenshots, emails, tribunal forms, notes and other case information. This information is stored on secure servers located in the EU.

No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for deciding what information to upload.
6. AI-assisted features
SROUK may use AI-assisted features to help users organise, summarise, analyse or draft from information they provide.
AI providers may include OpenAI, OpenRouter, Anthropic, Google Gemini, self-hosted models or other similar providers. The exact provider may depend on the feature, settings, availability and technical requirements.
When AI features are used, relevant prompts, uploaded text, documents, extracts, summaries or case information may be sent to an AI provider for processing. Where possible, we aim to use providers and settings that support privacy and security, but AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your situation.
You should review all AI-generated content carefully before relying on it, submitting it, sending it or using it in tribunal preparation.

Payments, card details, subscriptions and billing may be handled by Stripe. SROUK does not directly store full card numbers.
Stripe may process payment details, billing information and transaction data according to its own terms and privacy policy.

Where this happens, we aim to use appropriate safeguards where required, such as contractual protections or provider data transfer mechanisms.
